There are serious researches about sleeping cycles, dreams, what we remember and we don't. There are nightmares we don't want to remember but they stay in our head for a long time. And there are good dreams we don't want to forget.
But what about daydreaming? We are dreaming awake how it would be to win the lottery, what kind of wedding we would organize for ourselves, where we would for honeymoon, how we would spend Christmas.
Dreaming and daydreaming are different.
